Presenting an innovative integrated course that includes Full Flight Simulator training as part of the APS MCC, due to a new collaboration between Quality Fly and Global Training Aviation.

QUALITY FLY GTA AGREEMENT

Students of the integrated QF course will complete their training with an MCC + APS course in the latest generation GTA FFS level D simulators, in which airline pilots train and achieve certification.

This enhancement is the culminating element of an ATPL integrated course with all the latest improvements such as UPRT, TEM, KSA, and ICAO core competencies; with a new generation glass cockpit fleet; with 220 total hours; taught entirely in English with international students; with personalized follow-up including Tuition sessions, Career Advice sessions and which also includes gliding training as part of the course.

Quality Fly Flight School and Global Training Aviation have signed a collaboration agreement through which the students of the Quality Fly integrated course will be able to complete their MCC + APS training using the FFS level D simulators that GTA has at its Madrid headquarters.

The rest of the Quality Fly students will also be able to benefit from this collaboration as they will be able to take the APS MCC course on an A320. As for Quality Fly alumni who have already completed their MCC, they will be able to access the first “Upgrade to APS MCC” course to complement the MCC carried out and thus have an APS MCC course, whose demand in airlines is increasingly higher.

The Airline Pilot Standard Multi Crew Cooperation course (APS MCC) is a next-generation course that complements classic MCC training with knowledge of aircraft systems, advanced aircraft operation scenarios, advanced swept-wing jet training and core competencies assessment. This new training developed by EASA aims to ensure that future pilots meet the high standards required by the airlines.

The level D certification of the GTA Full Flight Simulator (FFS) simulators is the highest in the market, it makes one hour of flight on board equivalent to one hour of real flight for training purposes. The system accurately replicates the behaviour of the aircraft.

The Quality Fly Integrated ATPL course positions itself as the only course that incorporates Full Flight Simulator in its program, completing an already innovative course that includes:

  • The latest courses and advances in the sector such as PBN, UPRT, KSA, TEM and APS MCC
  • New generation fleet with glass cockpit, high efficiency and maximum safety.
  • 220 total hours, 25 hours above the requirement.
  • Orientated towards airline demands, with special focus on soft-skills as well as technical skills, following the ICAO core competencies structure.
  • 100% English training in an international environment
  • Master & Unlock Principles and End to End Follow-up, with Tuition support sessions during the course and Career Advice sessions at the end.

Along with these elements, it also includes another element that is certainly innovative, although this is already in practice in some cadet schools such as Air France:

  • Inclusion of glider training, theory and flight, focusing on airline learning.
