Admission Process

Feel free to contact our Admissions Team to learn more about the admissions and booking procedure. Below you can find the general process:

Step 1

INITIAL VIDEO CALL WITH admissions TEAM

You will have an initial call with one of our admissions officers to help you gain insight and decide on whether pursuing a career as a pilot is right for you.

During the call the admissions officer will:

  • Verify you have the minimum level of education required
  • Make sure you have the motivation and drive to complete the program and become an airline pilot
  • Check your cover letter & CV
  • Verify you have the financing in place to pay for the program.

Step 2

ENTRY ASSESSMENTS

If the initial call goes well and both yourself and the admissions officer are happy to proceed, you will be given 2 entry examinations. One for English, and the other for Math and Physics. You must pass these assessments in order to enrol in the program. If you fail, the admissions officer may ask you to go away and study and come back and try again once you have improved.

Step 3

ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW WITH A CURRENT AIRLINE PILOT

In the final phase of the admissions process, you will be interviewed by a current airline pilot to establish your suitability as a student for Quality Fly and as a potential future pilot to work in commercial airlines.

If you pass this interview, we welcome you to start the admissions process and pay your deposit to start your journey to becoming a commercial pilot.
